Our Group Fitness Studio is fully equipped with everything you need to participate in the classes. The main studio flooring is a high suspension 'floating' hardwood floor with a layer of air between to absorb impact, offering plenty of support to your joints. We also have a second studio, Studio B, in a spacious room perfect for our Group Cycling, VPS, Yoga, and Pilates classes.
We have implemented a new "number system" to handle increased traffic in our most popular classes. The new system allows a wider range of our members and guests to take our most dynamic, most popular classes than ever before!
Some of the new classes include:
Silver Sneakers Yoga/Stretch/Balance, Zumba TONING, Zumba Dance Party, Pilates Barre, Body Balance/Tai Chi, Step Fusion, Stretch & Flex, Warm Yoga and Brazilian Combat*. Be sure to try them all!

Group Fitness Class Descriptions
AOA Fit: A total body fitness class for active older adults looking to build strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. This class is upbeat. We do not use chairs in this class. You will be movin’ and groovin’ with Jocelyn for good overall fitness.
Body Balance: This class offers the ultimate mind-body connection by blending Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.
Brazilian Body Sculpt: Join Herman for a full hour of total body sculpting and washboard abdominal training – Brazilian style! All activity levels welcome.
Brazilian Combat: Join Herman on the lawn for an exhilarating total body workout that combines cardio kickboxing with Brazilian martial arts. Get fit and eliminate stress at the same time! NOTE: This is a fee based class.
Cardio Core: This is not your typical aerobics class! Join Olga for a full class dedicated to core strength with full cardiovascular benefits. Define your waistline through a variety of aerobic movements that specifically target your mid-section!
Cardio Hi/Lo: This class provides your traditional high to low intensity aerobics workout. All levels welcome.
Cardio Step: This is an aerobics class that involves stepping onto a platform while simultaneously performing upper body movements. Our steps can be adjusted for beginner as well as the advanced student. Basic coordination is a plus.
Drums Alive®: This workout combines traditional aerobics with the powerful beat and rhythms of drumming. This class utilizes drumsticks and stability balls to work your entire body and free your spirit! Come sweat with us and drum away your stress!
Fitness Fusion: If you are looking for a balanced cardiovascular and strength workout, this class is for you. It is designed with approximately 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of total body strength training and 20 minutes of core work. Depending on the Instructor, the cardio portion could be anything from step aerobics or kickboxing to different forms of cardio dance. All levels welcome. NOTE: Numbers are required for admittance.
Group Cycling: Whether you are an athlete training for a race or just interested in a fun, low impact way to reach your fitness goals, this class is for you. Join us for a great cardiovascular and lower body strength workout. All levels welcome Beginners: please arrive 10 minutes prior to your 1st class start time to get assistance from the Instructor in setting up your bike. NOTE: Numbers are required for admittance.
Pilates: The Pilates method strengthens the muscles that support the spine (the neck, shoulders, abdominal muscles, hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility and strengthen the body from the inside out. Pilates Barre: includes the use of a traditional ballet barre. Pilates Ring: This is an advanced level class that incorporates the use of the pilates resistance ring.
SilverSneakers®: Muscular Strength & Range of Movement, Cardio Fit, Cardio Circuit or Yoga/Stretch/Balance. These classes are designed for our mature or deconditioned members. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase flexibility, muscular strength, range of movement, cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and/or inflated balls are offered for resistance. Chairs may be used for seated and/or standing support if needed.
Sole2Core™: This class will focus on strengthening the core from the ground up through barefoot balance training techniques. Build stronger feet, ankles, and knees all while improving your posture, balance and core function. This class is great for helping to avoid training injuries. It also provides the perfect mix of balance work, core strengthening and stretching for increased flexibility. All levels welcome.
Step Fusion: Are you ready for heart pumping aerobic activity combined with strength exercises? This class fuses step aerobics with body sculpting and finishes with stretching for total body workout.
Step & Sculpt: Join Rose for a 45 minute workout of step aerobics while simultaneously using light hand weights for a greater calorie expenditure with toning benefits.
Stretch & Flex: Just can’t get into yoga? Come relax with Rachel and end your day with a full hour of traditional stretches and flexibility exercises.
Tabata: An intense form of circuit training designed to melt away fat and build muscle by performing intervals of heart rate elevating and strengthening exercises.
VPS®: Vegas Pro Systems Stability Training – a unique full-body workout routine suitable for all activity levels and ages. By using handles suspended from a steel anchoring system, you use your own bodyweight as resistance to perform upper and lower body exercises. This class is great for anyone looking to lose weight, tone their muscles, and develop rock-hard core strength. NOTE: Numbers are required for admittance.
Yoga: A system of exercises will be practiced as part of this discipline to promote control of the body and mind and increase flexibility and overall strength. Yoga I: Beginners Yoga II: Intermediate/Advanced. Warm: Adds the element of heat for gentle stretching to increase flexibility and range of motion. Hatha: Traditional Yoga for all fitness levels. Iron Yoga: An intermediate level class that combines the use of light to moderate handweights with power yoga poses. NOTE: Numbers required.
Zumba Fitness®: This cardio workout combines high energy and motivating music with unique Latin-inspired choreography that allow participants to dance away the pounds! BASIC: This low intensity class is for beginners and will teach you the basic steps and introduce you to the different Latin rhythms. You will experience Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton, and more! TONING: Get ripped while having a blast! This class is a higher intensity and calorie burning workout that fuses cardio dance with toning exercises. This class incorporates the use of Zumba’s very own patented “toning sticks” adding light resistance and a fun musical instrument to the workout! NOTE: Class size is limited to 28. Numbers are required for admittance.
